At Secret Dining all menus are tailored to the needs of our clients. We aim to use the freshest, in season produce on all occasions and can help with final menu selection.

with a herb and mustard crust served
with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Baked Kataifi
vanilla bean ice-cream sandwiched between 2 baked disks of kataifi pastry
with crushed pistachio toffee and
drizzled with a sweet rose water syrup

Prosciutto di Parma and salumi platter
Cooked king prawns served with homemade cocktail sauce
Tasmanian smoked salmon, Spanish onion and capers
BBQ lamb cutlets with salsa verde and tomato relish
Potato salad, bacon, chives and mayo
Rocket, pear and parmesan salad
