At Secret Dining all menus are tailored to the needs of our clients. We aim to use the freshest, in season produce on all occasions and can help with final menu selection.

 

The sample menus below are just a selection of our current menus.

CANAPÉ MENU

 

COLD

 

Sashimi tuna pops 

served with a red curry dipping sauce

 

Potato cakes with smoked salmon

topped with sour cream and dill

 

Assorted bruschetta *

choose from tomato and basil, char-grilled vegetables and goat’s cheese and mushroom ragout

 

Seared scallops 

served with chilli, ginger, soy and coriander

 

HOT

 

BBQ garlic and chilli prawns 

marinated in garlic, chilli and a dash of gin

    

BBQ marinated lamb cutlets

marinated in garlic and oregano served with a tomato jam

 

Tandoori chicken kebabs

served with a mint and yoghurt sauce

 

Mini pulled pork buns

served tangy coleslaw and hot chipotle sauce

 

3 COURSE MENU

 

Pan-fried king prawns

on avocado salsa with basil and chilli oil

 

Herb crusted rack of lamb

with a herb and mustard crust served

with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

 

Baked Kataifi

vanilla bean ice-cream sandwiched between 2 baked disks of kataifi pastry

with crushed pistachio toffee and

drizzled with a sweet rose water syrup


LONG LUNCH MENU

 

Crusty bread, extra virgin olive oil

 

Caprese salad, vine ripened tomatoes, fresh basil and buffalo mozzarella

 

Prosciutto di Parma and salumi platter

 

Cooked king prawns served with homemade cocktail sauce

 

Tasmanian smoked salmon, Spanish onion and capers

 

BBQ lamb cutlets with salsa verde and tomato relish

 

Potato salad, bacon, chives and mayo
