It was a fantastic weekend, but your meal and professional service made it even more memorable. Our tempura prawns for entree’ were brilliant, the home made sweet chilli sauce they were served with was exceptional. The racks of lamb were just amazing, cooked to perfection along with a desert that was well worth waiting for.

That was an amazing dinner!  Thank you for preparing three separate meals for us.

Our feedback is only positive – it was one of the best dinners that we have ever had.  Amy (who is an expert on chicken schnitzel – as it is all she eats) said it was the best that she had ever had.  From my point of view, the dinner exceeded expectations. I was blown away by your professionalism, your skills, your attitude and the food!  I loved the fact that all of the food was delicious (Steve even loved the vegetarian food – which he only grudgingly eats at home), that you brought all the ingredients and that you washed everything up.  I loved that there was nothing that was too much effort for you.

We would definitely love to have you cook for us again in our home.

“Manny came to cook us a meal but became part of the party. I stayed at the Boathouse in Hawkesbury, Manny knew the house well, which was reassuring in that I could leave him to his own devices, reduces the stress for me. Manny arrived in the afternoon and began preparing our meal, he knew his way around the kitchen which meant we could get on with relaxing and enjoying ourselves. A couple of friends were unable to attend and we threw in this last minute change at him but Manny came up with an idea of how we could share out the extra food or save some bits for lunches.

Once it came to the meal, the food was incredible and beautifully presented. Sashimi followed by succulent and tender Moroccan lamb with Tiramusu for dessert. Manny catered for all of our differing needs and tastes.

After the main course, we took a break, relaxed and played music which Manny seemed to enjoy. I popped away from the table after the main course and rather than just dish out the next course regardless, Manny patiently waited until I (the birthday girl) was back seated at the table. A nice touch and reminder that this is a personal experience and there is not another group of people waiting for the table. We could take our time and enjoy our evening – Sydney restaurants could learn a thing or two from this.

All the guests that spoke with Manny came away saying how lovely he was and a great addition to the party.

Having someone cook for my 30th birthday really was the icing on the cake, it made the weekend feel so special and something that I will remember forever.”

“Secret Dining organised a lunch for 40 people at my home. They suggesting a wonderful menu and organised all the food, furniture, crockery and cutlery. The team arrived in the morning, set up, served and cleaned up afterwards while I enjoyed the company of my guests.
