About Manny
Manny learnt to cook in his mother’s kitchen. From a young age he was often found to be crushing garlic and chilli to make chilli paste and helping out with the bottling of home made Verjuice and tomato paste.
From these early beginnings the food bug must have stuck because he went on to complete a degree in hotel management and catering and worked in fine dining restaurants and 5 star hotels across Australia for over a decade.
It is this combination of passion and flair for cooking, along with extensive knowledge and experience in running events that makes Secret Dining different. It is not simply all about the food, but rather the entire dining experience.
Secret Dining has been delivering creative dining experiences for happy customers since 2009.
